Al Shaheen Adventure is the name of the Company established to develop and run the “ United Arab Emirates National Centre for Adventurous Activities and Leadership Development” . Our mandate is to service the public sector, military, government agencies, corporate and educational establishments. we are fortunate to be based at one of the UAE’s most outstanding locations featuring, Mountains, Sea inlets, Gulf coast, and breathtaking wild countryside located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah; the facility is located on the coast at Al Jazeera Al Hamra Port.

The National Centre for Adventurous Activities and Leadership Development, provides adventure training as challenging experiences to provide individuals with practical experience as team members and team leaders to confront challenges outside their usual range of experience, or 'comfort zone'. Adventure training is an extremely valuable personality building activity that challenges, individual skills, decision-making and the ability to think quickly using, initiative, courage, commitment and team relationships. 

The National Centre for Adventurous Activities and Leadership Development Provides participants with the opportunity to practice leadership and teamwork in small teams, with all participants experiencing a highlight or defining moment, leading to increased self-confidence and an appetite for further challenges in life and work. The personal development courses are conducted in a range of land and water environments. The courses are designed to develop team and individual life competencies and allow existing and potential leaders to learn through risk taking, experimentation and personal experiences in specific competencies.

The National Centre for Adventurous Activities and Leadership Development provides challenge based training in the following adventure training activities:

camping, mountaineering, rock climbing and abseiling, diving and snorkelling, sea kayaking, sailing, mountain biking, high ropes, leadership, teambuilding and risk management.
